JR Controls Acquires Cosmotronic
February 16, 2006, JR Controls, founded in 1970, announced the acquisition
of TC Cosmotronic, Inc. Thereby, adding a military qualified leading
provider of rigid and rigid-flex printed circuit boards and assemblies,
to our family of companies. The Cosmotronic management team has been
retained and will report to Bill Kennard, President and General Manager
of the Winonics Printed Circuit Board group.
